Refund Policy

The free trial is the refund policy. Sottocut offers a 7-day, full-featured free trial with no payment details required — including up to 3 managed Co-Editor projects — so you can evaluate it on a real project, on either a bring-your-own-key or a managed plan, before paying anything.

Purchases

Because the trial provides a complete evaluation, purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions — both bring-your-own-key and managed — can be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made after cancellation.

On managed plans, your monthly project allowance resets each billing period and does not roll over, and unused projects are not refundable. If a renewal payment fails, we keep your managed access active for a short grace period (currently 7 days) while the payment is retried, rather than cutting you off immediately; if it still can't be collected, managed access pauses until you update your payment.
